What the Sumilca score evaluates
Drawing on public data, Sumilca quantifies a home from several angles. The overall and per-category scores are free; paid plans reveal the reasoning and risk breakdown behind each score.
- Disaster risk: floods, landslides, liquefaction, tsunami and other hazards
- Daily life and convenience: stations, commute time, shopping, hospitals, slopes, noise
- Asset value: land-price level, price trend, liquidity, zoning
- Neighborhood reputation: safety, residents, reviews, schools, waste environment
