Because our approach is to launch a minimal set of KPIs and a dashboard first and then improve and embed them through real-world operation, you can begin BI tool deployment support even starting from Excel or spreadsheet data.
Yes. We begin with discovery covering your operations and data, and defining KPIs, then organize the data foundation and model and design the visualization before implementing the dashboard. We also address unstable data quality caused by a disconnect between on-site input and data design, alongside putting operating rules in place.
For BI and data visualization at small to mid scale, the reference price is up to around ¥100,000 (this varies with requirements and operating conditions, and we quote each project individually). In a free discovery, we share an architecture sketch and rough cost, then proceed in stages starting from a minimal set of KPIs.
