What we can do (examples)
- Organising the path to starting transactions (required documents, sequencing, who to involve)
- Document / form support (content review, organising submissions)
- Help with communication and coordination in Japanese (drafting email copy, organising sequencing)
- Proposing workflows using SaaS / existing tools (when appropriate)
What we can't do (important — to avoid misunderstandings)
- Legal judgement, contract legal review, or licensed activities like visa application agency
- Acting as an "agent" to submit official procedures
