Are there projects you don't take on?

Yes. The following work isn't a fit:

• Development primarily for IoT / embedded / hardware control
• Systems that need 24/7 monitoring and immediate incident response
• Large-scale contract development or projects priced on headcount / man-hours
• Ad-ops, social media management or other pure marketing-agency work
• Mechanisms that directly substitute for legal, medical or investment judgement

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is quoted individually based on the work, the architecture and the development scope. Scope (department / process / screen / report / permissions), integrations with existing systems or SaaS, non-functional requirements like security and audit logs, plus operational design and cloud / on-prem / hybrid choices all shift effort.

Are there reference price ranges?

Operations organization or architecture review alone starts from a few tens of thousands of yen; deployment support around existing tools is roughly tens of thousands to over a hundred thousand; small-scale development starts in the low hundreds of thousands. Full-business system development is quoted per project.

Can we start small?

Yes. A free 30-minute discovery shares an architecture sketch and rough cost; PoCs or limited-scope deployments let us progress in stages. We can start from a minimum configuration and expand as operation takes hold.
